Your Responsibilities
Join our team as a
PMO/Finance Specialist. This role supports the
financial and operational aspects of
two IT service companies within an insurance group
. It is crucial to ensuring accurate financial management and reporting and aiding in the streamlined operation of our IT services.
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
- Collaborate with accountants to confirm proper booking and compliance with financial regulations
- Monitor and report on time spent on various projects and the respective billing rates
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations and reports
- Support the company's operational initiatives
- Support in creating internal processes to improve the organization's operations
