Your Responsibilities
Join our team as a PMO/Finance Specialist. This role supports the financial and operational aspects of two IT service companies within an insurance groupIt is crucial to ensuring accurate financial management and reporting and aiding in the streamlined operation of our IT services.

  • Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
  • Collaborate with accountants to confirm proper booking and compliance with financial regulations
  • Monitor and report on time spent on various projects and the respective billing rates
  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations and reports
  • Support the company's operational initiatives
  • Support in creating internal processes to improve the organization's operations

Your ideal background and skillset
  • Proven organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of PowerBI are nice to have
  • Basic understanding of accounting, tax and finance
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with different departments and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields is preferred
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
  • Ability to establish and document processes
